WEBSITE, PRODUCT AND RANGE REVIEW
my-wardrobe.com have a good range of stock from various menswear designers including MilanStyle.co.uk favourites Belstaff, Burberry, Barbour, Vivienne Westwood, Polo Ralph Lauren, Paul Smith, D&G and Alexander McQueen.
One thing you’ll quickly notice when browsing the site is that they tell you the stock levels of particular items which are running low. So, next to particular sizes you’ll see many times there is ‘only 1 left” in the size you’re after. They are not lying. Do not sit around hoping it will be there next week when you get paid, or waiting for a sale maybe. Trust us, it will not be there, so don’t say you were not warned. Always better to just flex that credit card in those instances and send it back (they have free returns) if you don’t like it or it doesn’t fit.
ORDER PROCESS
With a quick checkout process we were pleased to see we could also pick our delivery date from several different days. In some instances you can also choose next day delivery.
Interestingly, you could choose “gift packaging” or “minimal packaging” – we opted for “minimal packaging”, which meant the item was simply packaged in a sturdy cardboard box with the shirt inside its original Vivienne Westwood packaging. We also got a my-wardrobe.com carrier bag, not sure why, but hey, it may come in handy one day.
my-wardrobe.com accept all international credit cards AND they also accept PayPal.
DELIVERY
Standard: £6.50
FREE over £150
EUROPE: £9.50
INTERNATIONAL: £25
We ordered a Vivienne Westwood shirt on Saturday morning and were able to select a Tuesday delivery slot, through their parcel delivery provider DHL. The delivery charge is £6.50. The good thing about them using DHL of course is that they provide a tracking number in your order confirmation email so that you know where your parcel is at all times.
Delivery was on time and as promised, with the order well packaged.
RETURNS PROCESS
Returns are free (well done my-wardrobe.com) but be sure NOT to remove the special ‘my-tag’ that comes attached to your item if you decide it’s not right for you. If you’ve removed it they won’t accept your return for a refund (providing it is not faulty obviously).

Our only niggles are that there is no indication of when “sold out” stock will be coming back in stock or are gone forever, which can be a bit frustrating if there is a particular item you had your eye on.
Also, free delivery at all times would be nice.
