Since House of Fraser is over 100 years old, it’s easy to forget that this is one of the first department store companies to pioneer the experience of luxury shopping, and with MilanStyle favourite menswear designers Polo Ralph Lauren, Hugo Boss, D&G, Paul Smith clothing (and Paul Smith Accessories) and Calvin Klein underwear, well represented and especially well stocked by the online store, this is a company well worth getting re-acquainted with for your online shopping needs.

House of Fraser also allows the customer to order online and pick up in store, all within 24 hours and completely free of charge. For those MilanStyle members who live near a House of Fraser store, this is a fantastic opportunity to save on postage costs and get the item next day, guaranteed. Orders placed before 3pm will be available for collection from 2pm the NEXT DAY*.

The Buy & Collect in Store service is available in all House of Fraser stores, so here’s how to do it:
Step 1
Order online by 3pm on any day of the week and collect in store from 2pm the following day. If you place your order after 3pm, it will be available for collection the day after tomorrow (i.e. an order placed after 3pm on Monday will be available for collection from 2pm on Wednesday).
If you are collecting your order from our Belfast or Dundrum Store, please allow 48 hours for delivery. (i.e. an order placed before 3pm on Monday will be available for collection from 2pm on Wednesday.)
As the London City store is closed at weekends, orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be available for collection on Monday.
Whichever store you choose, we will send you a text message and email when your items are ready for collection at the store.
The Collect in Store service is available for most, but not all, items online. Therefore, we suggest you check the individual product pages to see whether the items you are purchasing are applicable for this service. You can choose multiple addresses on the same order if you would like to collect part of your order from your nearest store and have part of your order delivered to your home (a delivery charge may apply).
Relax sit back, and wait for House of Fraser to TEXT you to confirm your item has arrived in your local store and is now ready for you to collect!
Step 2
When you arrive in store, go to the Buy & Collect collection point to collect your order.
Important information:
When collecting your order please bring the following with you:
1. A copy of your confirmation email, despatch email or confirmation text
2. The payment card that you used to purchase the items or proof of ID
If, for any reason, you are unable to collect your order when it’s ready, they will keep it at your chosen store for another seven days. After this period, you will be refunded automatically via your original method of payment (orders purchased using a gift card/gift voucher will be refunded in the form of eVouchers).

House of Fraser offers a tremendous amount of product choice of MilanStyle favourites Polo Ralph Lauren, Paul Smith and D&G online.
However, we need to see more of those brands we know and love that we normally find in their high street department stores: Burberry Brit, Aquascutum, Crombie, Zegna, Church shoes – we need the same ranges online too please.
Whatever you’re stocking in store House of Fraser, we need to see online. The same rule also of course applies to Harrods and Selfridges.
However, with their broad range of very convenient postage options for UK shoppers and cheap international shipping fees, House of Fraser take a well deserved 4/5*.
